I had a small issue with the print on one of the labels (Remembrance Candle) - not significant but enough to make it difficult for an elderly lady (who the gift was for) to read. I contacted customer service and nothing was too much trouble. New gift dispatched immediately - and I can't fault it. It looks beautiful and will make a wonderful gift in remembrance of my father. These candles have a wonderful, long lasting scent. They are packaged beautifully as well, and communication is excellent.
I've ordered several candles and each of them has been beautiful. On one occasion there was a typo on the personalisation but this was quickly remedied and a replacement dispatched.
